According to local reports, around 8 am local time Rome at around 8 am, at least 21 people were injured after a major explosion of Italy. The explosion occurred in a gas distributor in Via Dei Gordiani in Prenestino. Local media, police, firefighters and a medical officer, including the emergency services reported that the wounded. There are reports that a secondary explosion occurred at the scene.

Rai Radio 1 described “loud explosion” in many neighborhoods and added that a long smoke column appears from various parts of the city. “In Rome, the crazy explosion between Quadraro and Centocelle in Rome. I saw a big flame and shook the whole house.”
