IndyCar driver Conor Daly rips fellow racer after hard racing leads to nasty wreck: 'It's inexcusable'

The Indycar driver Conor Daly was involved in a terrible accident in Portland’s Bitnile.com Grand Prix in the afternoon.
Daly was in an aggressive war with Christian Rasmussen for several rounds at the beginning of the race. Two of them contacted on the 13th round and then made contact again on the 15th round. However, Daly took the burden of the last touch and was sent to the security barrier a few meters away from the runway.

He fixed the crime in Rasmussen.
“I saw Colton (Herta) on the wall in the back,” Daly said, Daly, Through Indy Star. “It was pretty slow, so I tried to put it to 7.
“He really slowed down the flat, and I just passed him, and then he never stopped. Trying to do this is a dangerous corner. This was an insecure movement.
Rasmussen did not participate in Daly’s debris assessment.
“Well, I think if you try to go out at 10 outside, this is the fastest corner on the track with it,” he said.

“So I don’t know if he didn’t wait for me to get out of me … I’m inside, so I wasn’t going to retreat. Frankly, racing control he saw in the same way, so I don’t know. It is not more.”
Rasmussen admitted that he had touched his wheel and took some of the crime.
Daly made a shot on social media before the end of the day.

Rasmussen was 12th and Daly was 26 years old.
Alex Palou ranked third and completed an Indycar championship. Will Power won the race.
