Inside Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s last weeks at Royal Lodge – with claims disgraced ex-Prince is ‘ranting to himself’ while Sarah Ferguson ‘confides in staff at secret bar called The Doghouse’

While Andrew Mountbatten allegedly spent his final days at Windsor’s Royal Lodge ‘shouting to himself’, his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson is said to have taken refuge in a secret bar ‘The Doghouse’ confiding in its staff.
Buckingham Palace announced last week that the 65-year-old former Duke of York will be stripped of all his royal titles due to his links to the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
The Palace coldly announced ‘censorship’ with a bombshell statement [were] It was “deemed necessary” amid growing controversy around Andrew’s relationship with the financier, with whom he lied about cutting ties.
The former royal was struck off the Noble List within hours and it emerged she could face a special investigation over allegations of sexual assault, corruption and misconduct in public office.
Andrew, who vehemently denied the accusations against him, was also kicked out of Royal Lodge, his 30-room home in Windsor where he and Fergie had paid ‘pepper rent’ for 20 years.
He will be moving from his residence to a property on the Sandringham estate as soon as possible, but details of the move are unknown.
But in the meantime, Andrew and his ex-wife are making the most of their final days in their longtime home, sleeping at opposite ends and only meeting at mealtimes to chat about how the walls around them keep collapsing. Sun reports.
A source was quoted as saying: ‘They both spend a lot of time alone.

‘Andrew rarely goes out and wanders around the cottage, grumbling and muttering.’
Meanwhile, the Sun reports, Ferguson, 66, spends hours at a purpose-built bar called The Doghouse, located behind the mansion.
He bares his soul to friends and staff at the on-site bar, whom he asks to stay extra hours to keep him company.
According to the latest allegations, they still meet for meals and chat about their future and safety, thanks to Andrew’s connections to Epstein.
‘Fergie is reportedly struggling amid the turmoil and her daughters Beatrice and Eugenie are worried about their future.
Although she knows for sure that she won’t be with Andrew, she is said to be undecided about where she will live next.
The former duke has been dating Fergie for more than two decades, despite their divorce in 1996. He lives in a grade-listed manor house.
This comes after Andrew was ordered to appear before Congress to explain his connections to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew was stripped of all his royal titles last week over his connection to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee sent a letter to the disgraced royal on Thursday saying they believe she has important information about people connected to the late financier’s crimes.
It said: ‘The Oversight Committee will investigate allegations of abuse by Mountbatten Windsor and seek information about Epstein’s operations, network and associates based on the long-standing and well-documented friendship of these men.’
Robert Garcia, the committee’s most senior Democratic figure, added: ‘Rich and powerful men have escaped justice for too long.
‘Now the former Prince Andrew has the opportunity to come clean and achieve justice for the survivors.’
In Thursday’s letter, Democratic committee members said Andrew’s friendship with Epstein began in 1999 and they remained close friends after he was convicted nine years later of procuring minors for prostitution.
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor (now known) has been facing allegations for many years that he sexually harassed Virginia Giuffre after she was kidnapped by Epstein, but he vehemently denied this.
Ms Giuffre claimed she was forced to have sex with Andrew three times, including when she was 17 and during an orgy after he was trafficked by Epstein.
Andrew paid millions to settle a civil sex case with her in 2022, despite insisting he had never met her.
Princess Beatrice was photographed accepting her role as deputy patron of The Outward Bound Trust with her uncle Prince Edward at a reception and dinner at St James’s Palace on Thursday.
In 2019 the charity accepted Andrew’s resignation following his disastrous Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis; He supported the then-Duke, pictured in 2001, for decades.
In a rare bit of good news, his daughter Princess Beatrice has been cast in a major charity role amid the growing scandal surrounding her family.
Her eldest daughter became deputy patron of The Outward Bound Trust, an organization that encourages young people to spend time outdoors.
He joined his uncle Prince Edward, who was announced as the charity’s royal patron, at a private event at St James’s Palace on Thursday.
Beatrice, 37, has been a trustee of The Outward Bound Trust since 2019 – the same year the charity accepted Andrew’s resignation as patron following his disastrous Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis, who had supported the then Duke for decades.
Andrew took over the role from his father, Prince Philip, who patronized it for 65 years, with many believing it was the charity closest to his heart.
It has been revealed that Beatrice, ninth in line to the throne, and her sister Princess Eugenie, 12th in line, will retain their titles as the walls around their father Andrew collapse.
Amid the row, Charles is said to be keen to ‘protect’ his 35-year-old nieces Beatrice and Eugenie, who remain as Her Majesty as Queen Elizabeth’s grandchildren.
“He wouldn’t want to sign anything that would affect them,” a source told the Daily Mail.
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were seen embracing on Thursday, a week after their father was also removed from the Noble List.
‘His Royal Highness has today begun a formal process to remove Prince Andrew’s Order, Titles and Honors,’ the Palace said.
Following Andrew’s fateful Newsnight interview in 2019, in which he discussed his friendship with Epstein, The Outbound Trust became the second charity to accept his resignation.
On Thursday, Beatrice and Eugenie shared a warm, lingering embrace on a busy street near Green Park and Buckingham Palace; This was around the time that Charles III issued a rare Letters Patent.
The official document, published by the Crown Office in The Gazette, the UK’s official public record, officially stripped Andrew of his title of prince and also removed his title of HRH.
Beatrice and Eugenie are close to their parents but are reportedly spending more time supporting their beleaguered father.
While Andrew Sandringham was exiled to Norfolk, they also supported their mother Ferguson, who was said to be considering emigration.
However, yesterday they were supporting each other during a very difficult time for them as well.
Both princesses have gone out of their way to strongly support the beleaguered Andrew in recent weeks, multiple sources told the Daily Mail.
Andrew, Virginia Giuffre, and sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell in a photo reportedly taken in 2001, when Giuffre was 17. Andrew denied having sex with Ms. Giuffre, but paid millions in an out-of-court settlement in February 2022
Both girls are said to be deeply concerned about their mental health, as Andrew has become a virtual recluse at the Royal Lodge, which he is about to leave.
But a source said that won’t happen for a while.
“Sarah can spend the money even while sitting at the Royal Lodge,” a knowledgeable source told Rebecca English.
‘Amazon deliveries to Royal Lodge are incredible. There are rooms full of unopened boxes.
‘It will take weeks, if not months, to remove all their mess.’
Last week Andrew also renounced his title as Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order.
His ex-wife Sarah also lost her title and became commoner Sarah Ferguson.
The former prince’s decision was made after intense pressure from King Charles and discussions with other family members, including heir to the throne Prince William, as well as Andrew’s other siblings, Princess Anne and Prince Edward.
Andrew is expected to leave Royal Lodge and move into a new home owned by the Royal Family on the Sandringham estate.
Sources told the Daily Mail that this move was entirely up to the King and his advisors, without pressure from the government or other family members such as Prince William.
‘The process has been going on for some time but there was a need to get it right in the face of some very big challenges,’ the insider said.
Prince Andrew was not notified of his move. It was his lease, so it was up to the former Duke of York to report it himself, claiming he wasn’t fighting the process.
As the Daily Mail previously revealed, Her Majesty has made it clear that she would not hesitate to take ‘further action’ if her younger brother continues to cling to his dukedom and other honors after lying about cutting ties with pedophile financier Epstein.
Despite the tsunami of mounting evidence against him, the 65-year-old is understood to be still “picking the ball” with a “staggering lack of remorse” in a situation the King described as “intolerable”, sources have previously said.
Last week, the controversy over the Royal Lodge continued to grow amid damning revelations in Andrew’s posthumously published memoirs of sexual assault accuser Virginia Giuffre, who committed suicide this year at the age of 41.
Nobody’s Daughter: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice was published this month, and the manuscript was completed before she died.
This explosive book follows her years as the sex slave of Epstein and his British mistress, Ghislaine Maxwell.
Excerpts published by The Guardian show Ms Giuffre, who said she was trafficked three times by Epstein to have sex with Andrew, felt the former duke was ‘entitled’ and thought sex was her ‘birthright’.
Andrew denied having sex with Ms. Giuffre, but paid millions in an out-of-court settlement in February 2022.
