Impey played a final with Hawks in 2018 with Hawks in his first year, but he did not taste victory until last season in September.
Now the veteran of 218 games is desperate for more.
Im I came to Hawthorn and made the first four and went out on the flat sets, and it took some time for us to go back.
“There’s a lot of work behind the scenes to take us to our location.
“I was proud of the band to win a final last year, and I hope we can go deep into a few games this year.
“But these are never looking at the past, because they’re an incredible side.”
Impey was cut off with serious knee and ankle injuries as he entered his prime minister, but he returned to play almost every game in the last three seasons.
The 30 -year -old players became an important part under Hawks’ premiere plans under coach Sam Mitchell.
“I hope the first years now,” Impey said.
“When I wanted to play a good football, it was a difficult time to come to Hawthorn, and this was injured for three or four -year patch, which is just annoying.
“The injuries were not my fault – it was just more compact things, in a sense, a little unlucky.
“But I’m all behind us and I will try to play a good football right now.”
Mitchell loves versatile and adaptable players and has the habit of shaking advocates forward in recent seasons.
Impey answered the call on the 19th round and scored three important quarters of the last quarter of the Hawks Liman Adelaide.
It usually slips from the best half -rear and finding goals with distinguished skills, Impey will be happy to take part in the finals if necessary.
“Get me forward, let me know three kicks,” he laughed.
“Look, I have always been a player who is happy to play my role, and if they need me forward, of course, I will do my best to do something.
“But there will always be a good kick targets and a rear line stacked with (Josh) Weddle … So we will have to wait and see.”
Hawthorn defeated GWS 12 points at Launceston in the third round this season, but never won the giants’ house.
Sahinler lost six times against men in orange and coal, including a margin of 27.5 points against men in orange and coal.
