CBSE Class 12 results are expected to be declared in the last week of April or the first week of May. The board has not yet made an official statement about the date and time of the results. Typically, CBSE announces Class 12 results a day or two after Class 10 results. Last year, the Board announced the results in mid-May.
How to check Class 12 Results CBSE online
Once the Class 12 results are declared, they will be available on CBSE’s official websites (cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in) as well as through DigiLocker and UMANG app. Students will be able to check their CBSE Class 12 results from the roll number mentioned in the admit card. Students can check the results by following the steps below:
Visit the official website cbseresults.nic.in.
Click on the link ‘Senior Certificate Examination (Class XII) 2026’ on the home page.
Enter your Roll Number, School Number and Admit Card ID.
Your scorecard will appear on the screen as soon as you submit.

UMANG, DigiLocker application
As the evaluation process is nearing completion, students are advised to regularly check official platforms, including DigiLocker and UMANG app, for updates. They should keep their admit card handy as it will help in ensuring quick access once the results are declared.
The board has directed schools to provide students with a 6-digit ‘Security PIN’. Students can download mark sheets and pass certificates from DigiLocker using this PIN. Students can also use the UMANG app and IVRS service in case the website crashes.
