James Carville unloads on far-left Democrats after primary upsets, says ‘you’re part of the problem’
Political strategist James Carville has issued a series of harsh criticisms of far-left Democrats targeting their own party in the ongoing primaries, saying candidates’ continued cannibalization of long-time incumbents is “part of the problem” within the party.
One bubbly video In his “Political War Room” podcast Friday, Carville criticized far-left and democratic socialist primary victories across the country.
“These people are so stupid I don’t know what to say about it,” Carville said. “So now we have the idea of these insurgent Democrats and what is their solution?”

“Their solution defeat the Republicans To run against Republicans? No,” he continued. “Their solution is to beat the Democrats as if they’re part of the problem. You’re part of the problem because you’re such an idiot.”

“One party expanded health insurance, okay?” he continued. “The other side destroyed it. One side balanced the budget and created economic prosperity. The other side destroyed it. One side made a deal with Iran’s nuclear program. The other side destroyed it.”

The fiery video ended with Carville warning Democratic voters not to “be tempted by false prophets.” upcoming midterm elections.
“And all these people, go beat up a Republican, then come back, I’ll respect you,” Carville said. “Until you do that, I have nothing but disdain for you. And one way or another, something became more important among Democrats than winning elections. And it became, ‘Oh, I want to feel superior to people.'”
Fox News Digital reached out to El-Sayed’s campaign for comment but did not hear back.

“Looking back… you didn’t vet your own candidate? So you’re saying you didn’t know?” Carville asked Maine Democrats rhetorically. “Okay, we would have our own dissident researchers prepare a dissident research book about us. This is the most important research you have ever done.
“And so, they joined this campaign, and this was all new. It wasn’t in some other godforsaken time. I don’t think they knew. I don’t think they wanted to know,” Carville said. “That’s what it was like in the ’80s to brief your own candidate, to find out what his problem is. But, you know, there are certain rules in politics.”
