Jane Seymour is taking a break from work to spend time with her family in Hawaii.
The 75-year-old British actor shared a series of photos on Instagram from his holiday in Hawaii, where he spent time with his daughter and grandchildren. Seymour shared the photos along with thoughtful captions focused on family, gratitude and slowing down.
In her latest post, Seymour is seen walking along the shoreline in a dark red one-piece swimsuit with a cutout at the front. She wore a wide-brimmed sun hat and oversized black sunglasses, raising both arms in the air as she smiled towards the camera. The coastline is framed by mountains and the ocean behind.

Seymour also offered a second look at her trip to Hawaii by sharing another beachside moment a few days ago.

In the picture, the “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” star is photographed strolling barefoot on the sand in a light green one-piece swimsuit with skimpy detailing. Also wearing a wide-brimmed hat and dark sunglasses, he was smiling as he walked along the shore under bright blue skies.
She also included a message about slowing down: “Let the weekend be like a new beginning. 💚 A moment to breathe, smile, and step into the weekend with a lighter heart. What are you looking forward to?”

Beyond the photos, Seymour also shared a video where she sits on the sand and speaks directly to the camera, reflecting on the meaning of the trip.
inside clipShe said she felt incredibly grateful to be vacationing in Hawaii with her family, including her daughter and grandchildren. Seymour stated that he spent most of his life focused on his work and rarely had time for just entertainment.

Wishing her followers a Happy Easter, she said: “I spend most of my life constantly working and very rarely stop and do things just for fun.”
“Some days are for reflection, serenity, and remembrance of what is truly important. Being here with my family, surrounded by such beauty, I am incredibly grateful for these moments we share. However you spend today, I hope it brings you a sense of peace. Happy Easter! What are you grateful for today? 🙏🏼”
Seymour has long been open about how he maintained his health and balance while continuing to work steadily into his 70s.

In a July 2025 interview with Fox News Digital, the actress said she avoids extreme routines, instead focusing on consistency and listening to her body.
“I’m the same now as I was when I was 17 and a ballerina,” Seymour said at the time, adding that she aimed to maintain her weight without pressure.

“I try to stay the same weight, but I don’t go crazy about it,” she explained.

The Golden Globe winner also emphasized that her approach to wellness is based on moderation rather than restriction, prioritizing simple, sustainable habits and daily movement.
“I’m not trying to look like a 20-year-old,” he said. “I try to be the most active person I can be for my age and my body’s capacity.”
Seymour, who starred in the Acorn TV series “Harry Wild,” seems to keep this balance in mind, making time for both his career and meaningful moments with his family.
