Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi charged with criminal conspiracy in fresh FIR

Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were accused along with six others in the National Herald Case. Delhi Police’s Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) has filed a fresh FIR against Congress leaders following a complaint by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) as part of the agency’s money laundering probe into the high-profile case.

The Gandhis, along with Congress leaders Suman Dubey and Sam Pitroda, Young Indian (YI), Dotex Merchandise Ltd, promoter Sunil Bhandari and Associated Journals Ltd. Besides organizations like (AJL), some other unidentified organizations are also included in the FIR.
