Late industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s great ownership – Bollywood player Karisma Kapoor’s two children with Delhi Supreme Court demanded the right share by moving the Bollywood player Karisma Kapoor on a new return of around 30,000 RS. The brothers filed a lawsuit accusing their stepmother Priya Kapur, and fulfilled the desire of their father to get full control of their existence.

Through their mothers, who acted as a legal protector, the children asked for a permanent order from the court to a division of property, an account of all beings, and a permanent order that prevented the defendants from dealing with the property until they were decided. Children say they don’t have complete information about their father’s wealth during their death. When they list the properties they know, they accuse Priya Kapur of hiding details and refusing to fully explain their existence.

The case calls several sides. The plaintiffs were the daughter and youngest son of Sunjay Kapur, represented by Karisma Kapoor in court. The first and second defendants Priya Kapur and her younger son, both living in the family farm house in Rajokri. The third defendant is the mother of Sunjay, who lives at the same address. The fourth defendant is a woman who presents himself as the performer of the controversial will.

Children claim that their fathers provide themselves financial stability and a safe future. They claimed that he started initiatives, that he had purchased property directly and through companies, and called them the beneficiaries of family trust. They argue that these guarantees are reflected in family holidays, business discussions and personal commitments to them.
