Karlie Kloss says she’s a Democrat who values bipartisan dialogue

Supermodel Karlie Kloss defended the importance of bipartisan dialogue on Wednesday while talking about being part of President Donald Trump’s extended family.
Emily Chang of “The Circuit” via Bloomberg Originals I talked to the modelTrump, who is married to Joshua Kushner, the brother of Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, said: “You’re married to a man whose brother is married to Ivanka Trump. How do you deal with everything that comes with that?”
“I know who I am,” Kloss replied. “I know the values that guide my life and the issues that I care about. So, I haven’t lost sight of who I am, but it’s also my husband’s family.”

“What is the conversation like at family dinners?” Chang asked.
“Well, we live here in St. Louis, a blue dot in a red state,” the model replied. “For as long as I can remember, I have always been exposed to many different political perspectives, and I think that has educated me for my life.”
He added: “You know, I’m a Democrat. I think it’s possible to have relationships with people you disagree with politically, and I think this country has always been a place for dialogue. We should be able to talk to each other.”

When asked if she had actually met Trump or talked to him about politics, the model revealed that she had never met Trump.
In a 2019 interview with TIME Magazine, she gave a similar answer about balancing her life while being with such an influential family.
