Kenya’s high court issues arrest warrant for British national

A Kenya Supreme Court issued an arrest warrant for a British national, suspected of killing a 21 -year -old woman more than ten years ago.

Agnes Wanjiru was killed in March 2012, and his body was later in the septic tank of a hotel in a hotel in Nanyuki, the central Garrison town of Garrison, about three months after allegedly held a party with British soldiers.

Justice Alexander Mutmet said that prosecutors have sufficient evidence to demand that the suspect’s suspect to be tried in a Kenya court.

Lawyer Kamau Mbiu, who represented Mrs. Wanjiru’s family, said that the decision to BBC has opened the way for the suspects to be returned from the UK.

Mrs. Wanjiru’s nephew Esther Njoki said to the BBC that his order was a “bitter sweet moment” and that the return process could take time.
