Keystone Kash Gets Smacked Down by Gun Rights Group

FBI director Kash Patel is drawing fire from gun rights advocates after suggesting it was illegal to carry a firearm at protests following the death of nurse Alex Pretti in Minneapolis. Patel appeared on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo the day after the shooting and said Pretti, a 37-year-old intensive care nurse, “broke the law” by holding a gun to his person during an altercation with Border Patrol agents. But gun rights advocates pointed out that legal permit holders like Pretti can also legally carry firearms at protests and rallies.
