Knife rampage near shopping centre leaves multiple people wounded in Finland

A few people were stabbed in a shopping center in Finland.

Police and ambulances, after a violent knife ramp reports, this afternoon ran to Ratina Shopping Center in Tampere.

One person was arrested in relation to the attack at 16:30 local time.

While the wounded victims were given first aid at the scene, the police took the area under the cordon.

One witness, Finland news outlet Ilda-Sanomat’a ‘too much blood’ at the scene and two victims lying on the ground saw how the first aid was treated by the first aid, he said.

Images and videos in the media show emergency services outside the shopping center.

An investigation continues at the moment and it is understood that civil servants have met with witnesses.

The police confirmed that there was no ongoing threat to the public, but did not give further details about the scope or perpetrator of the injuries.
