KSEB urges consumers to regulate electricity use after 6 p.m.

The Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) on Saturday urged consumers to regulate electricity usage during evening peak hours, stating that consumption has increased beyond expectations this summer.

The state’s electricity transmission and distribution network is under pressure from rising consumption and is experiencing voltage problems in at least a few places, according to the power utility.
