Kyle Sandilands reportedly reaches multimillion-dollar legal settlement with ARN

Radio star Kyle Sandilands will reportedly pocket $15 million after reaching a legal settlement with media company ARN.

The deal, agreed to Tuesday, will earn Sandilands $5 million a year for the next three years. Daily Telegraph reports.

Sandilands had signed a $100 million contract to present ARN’s KIIS breakfast show until 2034.

But this broken and was fired after an on-air conflict with Kyle and Jackie O Show co-host Jackie “O” Henderson.

He was initially seeking a payment for the remainder of his deal but is said to be happy with today’s outcome, which avoids the matter going to court.

ARN told 7NEWS it wouldn’t confirm anything until it gave a market update on the matter.

This is expected on Wednesday.

The duo’s long-running show ended in late February When Henderson read Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s astrological chart in response to news of his arrest, a heated row broke out live on air.

Sandilands criticized her “fixation” on astrology and said it affected other parts of the show.

“I don’t mean to be rude, as I said it was fascinating, but I don’t think it should be at the detriment of everything else on the show,” Sandilands said.

“It’s affecting other things. Your obsession with this has almost left you unable to work.”

Defending himself, Henderson said the comments were “unfair” and “I would never say things like that about you.”

“You act like you’re perfect, but there are so many things you haven’t done that I never bring up and I never say what people say,” Henderson said.

Henderson was also later dismissed.
