Lady Louise makes rare public appearance with uni boyfriend | Royal | News

Lady Louise Windsor celebrated Remembrance Day at her university campus in Scotland on Sunday, and the royal’s emotional appearance sparked praise from proud fans. Lady Louise, who celebrates her 22nd birthday on November 8, is the only daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and the older sister of 17-year-old James, Earl of Wessex.

While her parents joined King Charles and Queen Camilla at the Cenotaph in London yesterday, the royal made sure to celebrate the sombre day in her own way with her college pals, including rumored boyfriend Felix. He reportedly held the rank of Officer Cadet in the Army Reserve, which coincided with his final year of undergraduate studies in English.

Lady Louise can be seen in military fatigues in newly released photos as she joins her fellow students in the St Andrews Regiments Day Parade. Emphasizing the seriousness of her devotion during the National Period of Remembrance, Lady Louise wore a belted army jacket and beret, with a poppy pinned to her breast pocket.

A source told HELLO!: “It was a very somber affair. Lady Louise’s solemn demeanor reflects the somber nature of the procession. She was incredibly determined and professional throughout.”

This is the first time Lady Louise has been photographed attending the annual event. He was not present at the Remembrance celebrations last year.

Fans praised the royal on the publication’s Instagram post, writing in one post: “An amazing role model for the rest of the Royal Family.”

Another commented: “[clapping-hands emoji] great role model,” while a third added: “Wow I love this [red-heart emoji]”.

While not much is known about her boyfriend, who has been rumored to have been spotted with Louise a few times, she has proven to be a supportive partner by cheering him on from the sidelines.

Felix was spotted by royalty at the National Driving Championships held at Ashfields Carriage and Polo Club in August. Throughout the day Louise won the bronze medal, Felix was seen cheering her on and filming parts of the competition.
