Dashcam footage was played in the ACT Magistrates Court earlier this month and shows a black Ford Ranger with a trailer mounted on a black Toyota Hilux speeding past multiple police cars on the wrong side of the road, against traffic, on grass and on pedestrian and cycle paths.
