Lani Pallister and Mia Hogan headline swimming; Hani Watson hunts para powerlifting gold

Armadillo is in full swing with the women’s lightweight parachute now at the forefront.

At this event we have two Australian women making their Games debut: Jade Pritchard and Natasha Price. I’ll be honest, they are serious underdogs, but never say never.

However, we may see another gold medal for England in this event. Olivia Broome, a silver medalist at the 2022 Games in Birmingham, is on the field and getting the support of the fans.
