Lebanese thug who ‘murdered’ beauty queen has fled to Britain on a small boat… so will we EVER be able to deport him?

A Lebanese man, accused of killing his wife’s wife, fled to England on a small boat and explained mail.
36 -year -old Ibrahim Ghazal is claimed to have killed Zeina Kanjo in Beirut, and Interpol is subject to a red statement.
However, this year, a boat smaller than France was able to spend zig-zaging in Europe for years before one of 23,000 arrival.
The alleged killer was imprisoned for nine months because he tried to come without a valid entry permit last week.
However, the government officials face a potential crisis about what to do with him when his sentence is expired.
Gazal had successfully escaped from Germany and Sweden in accordance with the laws of human rights, claiming that he had encountered execution if he returned home, and he was afraid that he could do the same to avoid leaving England.
Shadow Interior Minister Chris Philp said shocking case showed that the government had no control over the immigrants entering Britain.
‘And the illegal immigrants, especially for sex crimes, we know that the possibility of entering the prison is 24 times more nationality,’ ‘he added.

‘Every illegal immigration should be deported immediately in arrival – then the transitions would end soon.’
Kanjo’s murder in January 2021 led to anger in Lebanon, and fired a national debate on domestic violence issued by women in the Middle East.
The 33 -year -old model, who represented his country at a beauty contest in Egypt in the previous year, presented his new husband for domestic violence and fraud cases and was trying to divorce when he was allegedly killed.
Just a few hours after his death, Gazal fled to Türkiye and the Lebanese channel Al Jadeed released a sound recording in which he appeared to accept responsibility.
Mrs. Zeina’s sister in her speech with her sister, ‘I did not want, I did not want her to die, I put my hand in the mouth while screaming’ he said.
Ghazal traveled from countries such as Greece, the Netherlands and Luxembourg on a European journey.
He arrested when he was detained in Stockholm under the red statement of Interpol until December 2022.
Sweden was returned to a country where they could encounter execution because of refusing to send a suspect, and when Ghazal was arrested again in Germany, the same happened, according to Ms. Kanjo’s lawyer Eşref al-Moussawi.
In January 2021, Ms. Kanjo’s murder led to anger in Lebanon and fired a national debate about the problems of domestic violence faced by women in the Middle East nation.
This year, there are 23,000 arrival by a small boat from France to Britain.
Al-Moussawi, “ Sweden and German authorities, these laws as a condition to be refunded in these laws had to be amended, ” he said.
But in fact, Lebanon has not executed since 1994, so it should not be an obstacle.
Following the end of the government’s change of law and the detention in Sweden, he presented a humanitarian request for asylum examined when he was released. ‘He then traveled to Europe until his last arrest in England.’
Mr. al-Moussawi called on the British government to find a way to send Gazal back to Lebanon to confront justice.
However, Kanjo’s heart, whose heart was broken, said that he believed very little in the Lebanese justice system and claimed that his cousin could return to the country to join the wedding a year after Gazal’s daughter’s death.
“After all this time, I wondered if justice would be served.” He said.
“ Something is missing in your body, something that cannot be changed.
To be honest, I hope that it will not be delivered to the Lebanese officials only to be imprisoned and then to be released later.
Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick said the government should wake up to the crisis in the channel

‘Perhaps the British legal system will find a way to punish him properly.’
Lawyer Toby Cadman, an international criminal law expert, said that Britain could return a individual to a country with a death penalty if there is guarantee that the suspect would not encounter execution.
“When we send someone back to the USA, it would be the same as the death penalty is still valid in some states,” he said.
‘We must receive an appropriate assurance that the death penalty will not be applied and that various other conditions are met.’
He was detained by the Ghazal Border Force, and on Wednesday, he was imprisoned by judge Ian Lawrie KC at the Gloucester Crown Court after he admitted that he had entered the country illegally.
A government spokesman said: ‘The Ministry of the Interior has never commented on whether or not the requests for return are received or not, and at the same time not to comment on individual cases is our long -standing policy.
However, we will always do everything we can to remove serious foreign criminals from the UK, so that they will not be released on our streets after completing their sentences. ‘
Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick said the case showed that the government should wake up to the crisis in the channel.
“We saw that terrorist suspects, killers, rapists and drug dealers entered the country and endanger the security of the British people,” he said.
`This is not less than a national security emergency.
‘The people did not care less about the outdated international treaties, and the security of their children and loved ones is in danger.’
