But O’Leary cautioned that those metrics don’t mean much for people struggling with the cost of living.
“Management can and should boast about the market,” he said. “But markets don’t vote, people vote. If affordability and health care aren’t fixed, that’s where the damage will be done.”

“As an advocate for small business, I see this as a gross misallocation of resources that undermines a growing and competitive economy,” he said.
