Due to long-standing roadworks at Gallows Corner the agreed diversion method cannot be used for this closure.

Traffic wishing to proceed counterclockwise between J28 and J26 will need to follow the following route:

At J28: Leave the M25 on the A12 eastbound.

Continue east along the A12 towards the J15.

Leave the A12 at J15 and head north on the A414 towards Chelmsford.

At Widford roundabout take the first exit and continue west on the A414.

Continue west along the A414 towards J7 of the M11.

At J7 take the first exit from the M11 south.

Leave the M11 motorway onto the A406 westbound and continue for approximately 6 miles to the A10 junction.

Take the A10 northbound to rejoin the M25 at J25.
