Motorists on the M4 are facing travel chaos during rush hour this morning, with an oil spill causing major delays for motorists. There are long queues on the motorway between Junction 12 heading towards Theale, Berkshire, and Junction 11, the A33 south of Reading, which was closed due to the incident.
