Madonna steals show at Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan runway

Madonna got her star look at Dolce & Gabbana’s front row at Milan Fashion Week with a collection that felt like a conversation with the Material Girl.
In the backdrop of Hit You’ll See, Madonna and her boyfriend Akeem Morris were invited to their seats next to Vogue’s Anna Wintour, just as the fall-winter 2026-2027 fashion show was about to begin.
Other guests in the front row couldn’t help but capture the moment as she hugged actor Alberto Guerra, with whom she recently shot a Dolce & Gabbana campaign.
Madonna, 67, has been a Dolce & Gabbana icon since the 1990s; It’s full of highlights, including her bodice adorned with colorful stones and crystals for the 1991 New York preview of Truth or Dare.
The designer duo also created costumes for the Erotic tour in 1992 and the Drowned World Tour in 2001.
Madonna last appeared in the Dolce & Gabbana showroom wearing a lace veil for the 2025 spring-summer collection.
This time, her famous blonde locks were loose.
She wore a black blazer over a dark minidress, with the only pop of color coming from the turquoise leather gloves.

Designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana’s upcoming fall and winter collection featured sheer lace dresses reminiscent of Madonna’s early aesthetic and big-shouldered, pinstripe suits reminiscent of her Vogue music video.
The collection also featured large faux furs and animal prints.
The models took a small turn in front of Madonna and Wintour, making sure to capture mirrored double-breasted suits with both front and back necklines.
Both style influencers wore dark sunglasses as they squatted in low front-row seats; Madonna had her arms wrapped around her legs.
They were careful during the performance and exchanged impressions privately at the end.
After the show, the designers embraced the Queen of Pop and headed backstage.
Hundreds of fans gathered outside to see Madonna and other stars filling the front row.
