Man arrested, charged after alleged stabbing at Bondi Beach

A man has been charged after allegedly stabbing another man in a late-night attack on Bondi Beach.

Police said a 33-year-old man was found with stab wounds on Warners Boulevard at around 11.15pm on Saturday.

The man was injured in his face and hand. He was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to St Vincent’s Hospital in a stable condition.

A 32-year-old man was arrested a short time later at a property in Ramsgate Avenue, where police established a crime scene.

The man was taken to Surry Hills Police Station and charged with reckless wounding.

The man, who was refused bail, is expected to appear in court on Sunday.
