Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner Sue Ray J For Defamation Over Racketeering Claims
Los Angeles: Kim Kardashian and his mother Kris Jenner are suing for their ex -boyfriend Ray J for saying that they were under a federal investigation and that they were accused.
The insult case filed by Reality TV stars and businessmen at the Los Angeles Supreme Court on Wednesday is a fast and aggressive return against the allegations they say it was completely unfounded.
Legal name Ray Norwood Jr. Ray J, wrongly with the federal inspectors, soon claimed that he was working on a tribute case that would lead to indictments.
The case says that Ray J’s comments are part of the “constant harassment and slander campaign olmayan that has been going on for years.
“Twenty years ago, Ray J, who could not accept the end of his temporary relationship with Mrs. Kardashian twenty years ago, tried to connect himself to the names of the plaintiffs and use their importance for personal gain,” he says.
Women say the last two statements have passed a line and sued.
The court points to a TMZ special published in May, Ray J will be appropriate to have tribute charges against the cardashians, and “If you told me that the Kardashian was accused of tribute, I can believe it”.
On September 30, according to the case, he had millions of viewers, saying, “I’m about to leave the Federal Rico Kris and who I’m about to be crazy” and “Feds are coming”. The authority added that the tribute case would be “worse than Diddy”.
Ray J was not answered immediately.
The case said that he did not give any evidence for the statements of “clearly wrong”.
“There is no such federal investigation, no law enforcement force, Mrs. Kardashian or Mrs. Jenner has not initiated any criminal trials or investigations against tribute charges, and there is no reliable evidence that does not support these inflammatory claims, or he says.
Ray J is the singer, actor and brother of Pop Star Brandy. However, he is probably known for his relationship with Kardashian and a sex tape that shows the leaked pair in 2007.

In the case, Kardashian and Jenner are represented by Alex Spiro, a lawyer for leading figures, and lead the accusation against Alec Baldwin who was dismissed in the midst of his hearing.
