Meghan Markle is looking forward to ‘real woman-to-woman chats’ at £1,400-a-head ‘girls weekend’ retreat in Australia next week, gushing organiser Gemma O’Neill says

The enthusiastic organizer of Australia’s ‘girls weekend’ event, which will headline Meghan Markle, said the Duchess of Sussex was looking forward to ‘real woman-to-woman conversations’ at the £1,400-per-person event.
Prince Harry and Meghan will embark on a tour of Australia next week with stops in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney.
During their time in Sydney, Meghan will head up a three-day women-only retreat in Sydney hosted by the Her Best Life podcast, hosted by Australian presenter Jackie ‘O’ Henderson and her manager Gemma O’Neill.
In addition to the gala dinner that Meghan will attend, the event promises yoga, sound healing, meditation, a session with a psychologist, a disco night and a “fireside chat” Q&A with Meghan.
Guests will be charged around £1,400 for a standard ticket and up to £2,000 for premium packages that give more direct access to the Duchess.
Around 300 guests are expected to attend the three-day event, and the website states that ticket allocations are ‘sold out’. However, separate claims have emerged that not all of the tickets have been sold yet.
Ahead of the retreat, which starts on April 17, organizer Gemma O’Neill posted an update to her followers about her meeting with Meghan.
He said: ‘I literally just got off the phone to Meghan… It couldn’t have been more real and she was so gorgeous and so beautiful.

Ahead of the retreat, which starts on April 17, organizer Gemma O’Neill posted an update to her followers about her meeting with Meghan.
‘I loved chatting with her right away, she was amazing and I’m already loving it and I’m so excited for those who will be joining our community next weekend to have the opportunity to experience how amazing she is.
‘I know she’s really looking forward to this and looking forward to being in the same room with our community and amazing women and saying, ‘Let’s have a real conversation.’ “Let’s go woman to woman,” he said.
In the gushing video, Ms O’Neill adds that she is already Meghan’s ‘biggest fan’.
The event is being held at the Inter Continental Sydney Coogee Beach, where rooms generally range from £250 to £450 per night.
It’s understood the relatively cheap hotel portion of the fee is included in the ticket price, meaning the remaining ticket cost will likely line the pockets of Meghan and the event organizers.
In the gushing video, Ms O’Neill said: ‘I literally spoke to Meghan on the phone… It couldn’t have been more real and she was so gorgeous and so beautiful.’
Harry and Meghan on their previous tour of Australia in 2018. Although they no longer work for the royal family, the Sussexes’ trip Down Under appears to be reminiscent of a royal tour in many ways
It comes after more than 35,000 Australians signed a petition in March demanding taxpayers’ money not be spent on their upcoming visit.
Although Harry and Meghan no longer represent His Majesty the King after leaving the British Royal Family and moving to California in 2020, their trip Down Under appears to resemble a royal tour in many ways.
In her video looking forward to the event, Ms O’Neill also thanked her fans for all their support, saying “I guess I could tell she was stepping back a bit while she sorted out a few personal things.”
This comes after Ms O-Neill deleted her Instagram page and went underground in March.
The talent manager, who counts radio star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson as his main client, recently revealed his financial troubles after his Gemmie Agency was liquidated.
The main Instagram account @gemmyjean has since been deleted.
However, Gemma’s Her Best Life podcast account is still active, possibly promoting an upcoming retreat with the Duchess of Sussex in Sydney.
