Meghan Markle’s first Christmas collection! Duchess drops new range of As Ever products – including a $64 candle inspired by her wedding to Harry and $89 wine

Meghan Markle launches her first Christmas collection with As Ever; among them was a $64 candle that paid homage to her wedding to Prince Harry.

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, introduced the range on Instagram today with a clip that shows the mother-of-two gracing the aisles in an olive green dress, making desserts with fruit preserves and glazing a turkey with one of her honeys.

Meghan’s holiday collection includes new items like two candles inspired by her wedding date and birthday on August 4, and the 2021 Vintage Napa Valley Brut, priced at $89.

Signature Candle No. scented with Moroccan mint, cardamom and tea leaves. The 519 apparently ‘evokes the freshness of a day in the English countryside’, according to the enthusiastic description on its website.

The photo is said to capture ‘precious memories’ of the ‘ease and joy’ of Meghan’s wedding day on March 19, 2018; There’s no mention of fights over bridesmaids’ dresses or last-minute drama over her father not attending.

Fans who want their homes to smell just like the Sussexes’ Montecito mansion can also splash out on Signature Candle No. 084, named for Meghan’s August 4 birth date.

Scented with water lily, sandalwood and California poppy, Meghan promises that the scent will “warm her family’s home” and create a “hugging feeling” for $64.

Meanwhile, the 2021 Vintage Napa Valley Brut, crafted from pinot noir and chardonnay grapes, is a new addition to the wine lineup. Costing $89 per bottle, shoppers must purchase more than 12 bottles to avoid the $20 shipping fee.

In addition to the fruit spread variety, Meghan also launched a new strawberry flavor that comes as part of the Signature Fruit Spread Gift set, priced at $42, along with a jar of orange marmalade and raspberries.

The new gift set comes with a box as usual; The seemingly sharp U-turn from the old common packaging has surprised people online with comparisons to ‘perfume’ or ‘candle’ packaging.

In March, shoppers received their long-awaited pots in a carefully crafted white box almost twice the size of the product.

On social media, people were confused, expecting the design to include ‘perfume’ or ‘candle’ instead. Others have expressed environmental concerns about the amount of packaging used.

The Duchess also added the $32 Honeycombed Sage Honey to her festival collection, which is said to ‘hold a special place in Meghan’s heart’.

Beekeeping has become a favorite pastime for the mother of two, and in May she shared a video of herself and her daughter Lilibet collecting honey, then cutting a slice of honeycomb and storing it in a jar.

But shoppers shouldn’t confuse their As Usual honey with the jar Meghan collected; Because while Meghan loves the honey harvested from her own beehive, her two hives probably won’t produce enough of the sweet stuff to sell commercially.

The collection also included the $16 Hot Toddy Mulling Seasoning Set and the $16 Spicy Cider Mulling Seasoning Set, and Meghan advised shoppers that both are best enjoyed in company.

Less than an hour before the sale, Meghan had posted a teaser for the launch of her collection on her Instagram stories, showing her watching the website on her laptop while drinking a cup of tea at her Montecito mansion.

As Taylor Swift’s new song, Opalite, played in the background, she turned the camera to her window and the view of her two dogs sleeping next to her. The photo’s caption read, “Don’t worry baby, today is launch day.”
