Meghan Trainor has abruptly canceled her nationwide Get In Girl Tour, which was scheduled to begin in two months.
The 32-year-old singer, who recently announced that he was undergoing “severe therapy” to revive his marriage, made this announcement to his fans on his Instagram stories on Thursday.

“After much thought and some truly difficult conversations, I have made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour,” Trainor wrote.
“Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new daughter into our growing family of five has been more than I can handle right now,” she explained.
The music artist wrote that she had to prioritize “being home and being there” for her loved ones.

“After much thought and some really difficult conversations, I have made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour,” Trainor wrote.

Trainor added that canceling the summer tour “was the right decision for my family and me at this time.”
He sent a ‘promise’ to fans that he would ‘be back soon’ and ‘can’t wait for you to hear this new album’.
The singer will release her seventh studio album, Toy With Me, at the end of this month, on April 24.
