Meghan’s Suits co-star Patrick J Adams says her ‘eye rolls were a constant’ on set – before revealing why he didn’t receive an As Ever gift package

The Duchess of Sussex’s former co-star on hit series Suits revealed in a new podcast episode that he’s been receiving a lot of attention from Meghan.
To talk Not Thin But Not Fat “The eye rolls were constant with Meghan,” said Patrick J Adams, who plays Michael Ross in the legal drama alongside host Amanda Hirsch.
The comment came after Hirsch asked the actress about her Instagram bio: ‘That other guy on the show, that girl you watched on that app because she married that prince.’
Adams joked in a clip he shared People: ‘I should change this,’ before adding, which is the kind of joke that would make the duchess roll her eyes.
The actor added: ‘I did a lot of eye rolling. This was something Meghan did all the time, turning her eyes at me and saying, “Oh my God, what are you doing?”
He later clarified that he had made no reference to his biography, adding: ‘That will have to change soon.’
Elsewhere in the episode, the actor said Meghan had had ‘crazy’ experiences.
Hirsch also revealed that he received a handwritten note from the mother of two after posting about With Love, Meghan, on Instagram following the release of its first trailer.

Hirsh explained: ‘I was worried that this caravan was going to choke people again, so he wrote me a note and basically said, “Thank you for being afraid for me, but don’t be, everything will be okay.”‘
“It’s crazy what they’re going through,” Patrick said, adding that he’s received handwritten notes from Meghan over the years: “It’s like a handwritten work of art, it’s truly amazing.”
Hirsch also joked that unlike Patrick, he received a package of Meghan’s As Ever creams and floral sprinkles, to which Patrick quipped: ‘I don’t think I have enough followers.’
The actor previously confirmed he had no contact with his former co-star following the streaming success of the legal drama.
To talk Hollywood Reporter After a resurgence in popularity following the series’ release on Netflix in 2024, they, along with Suits actor Gabriel Macht, were asked: “Have you talked to Meghan Markle lately?”
“I haven’t had any contact with him other than seeing his great support for the revival, which was really nice,” said American actor Gabriel, who plays Harvey Specter on the series.
Patrick, whose Suits character Michael Ross was in a relationship with Meghan’s Rachel Zane, added: ‘Zero. No, no communication.’
The actor then jokingly pretended to receive a phone call, saying: ‘Oh, wait. Here it is. ‘Oh, I have to go.’

At the Golden Globes in January of that year, Patrick and Gabriel were joined by fellow stars Gina Torres and Sarah Rafferty after presenting the award for best TV series.
Gina, who plays lawyer Jessica Pearson in the US legal drama, revealed her former castmates “had nothing” at the Los Angeles ceremony. [Meghan’s] When asked if anyone had reached out to the former actor, he said ‘number’.
An insider told Page Six He said the Duchess of Sussex was invited to the event but ‘unfortunately’ was unable to attend due to ‘a previous commitment’.
Speaking to Variety on the red carpet, Gina was asked: ‘Who texted Meghan and said, ‘You should come to the Golden Globes, Meghan Markle?'”
‘We don’t have a number. We don’t do that. He will see. Will watch. “He’ll be happy we’re here,” said the actor, who attended the royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan in 2018.
The interviewer also asked: ‘Did you plan this? Are you all texting each other?’ He explained: ‘We were all texting each other when it all happened. Yep, our text thread is crazy right now. That’s why it’s so exciting.”
Suits originally aired on USA Network for nine seasons from 2011 to 2019 and saw college dropout genius Mike Ross join a high-profile law firm alongside Harvey Specter, Jessica Pearson and Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman). Rafferty, on the other hand, played Harvey’s no-nonsense assistant, Donna Paulsen.
The Duchess played Rachel Zane, a paralegal who becomes a formidable lawyer and eventually marries Mike Ross.
While walking the red carpet earlier in the night, Gabriel spoke about the resurgent popularity of the show.
‘This is incredible. We had great success while the show was on the air… and then at a certain point Netflix came into play. “It has received incredible attention, and we are so grateful for it,” he shared, according to EW.
