Mike Tindall shares heartbreaking update in new statement | Royal | News

The event is being held to support two charities: Cure Parkinson’s and sports injury charity The Matt Hampson Foundation.

Both of these charities are believed to be very close to Mike’s heart.

“Parkinson is very cruel and it is not allowed to attack the body and change people.

“After 23 (plus) years of the disease, it has honestly left a shell of what it once was, so I don’t want anyone else to see a parent or loved one suffer and their quality of life diminish so drastically.”

Being a rugby player like his father Mike, he is believed to have shared his wisdom with his son, which Mike believes has helped him succeed on the rugby field.

“He was an absolutely incredible father,” Mike once said in an interview.
