A Minnesota man with a history of violent crime faces federal charges for allegedly posting a TikTok video offering a $45,000 reward for the murder of U.S. Attorney Pam Bondi, sparking a two-state FBI investigation.

According to the new affidavit obtained by Fox News Digital, Tyler Maxon Avalos posted a photo of Bondi with a red sniper scope dot on her forehead and the caption, “WANTED: Pam Bondi — REWARD: $45,000 — DEAD OR ALIVE (Preferably Dead).”

Avalos allegedly wrote under the photo: “Ahem. What happens when they don’t serve us?”

The post, flagged by another TikTok user in Detroit, was posted in St. Louis, where agents arrested Avalos on Thursday. It triggered a federal investigation that led to the St. Paul apartment.

Digital records obtained from TikTok, Google and Comcast allegedly link the “@liminalvidslip” account to Avalos, who agents said had a history of harassment and domestic violence.

Court records cited in the FBI affidavit show that Avalos, born in 1995, had a history of violent crimes in both Minnesota and Florida.

Avalos was convicted of a felony in Minnesota’s Dakota County in July 2022 after he repeatedly contacted and harassed a victim in violation of state law.

Before that, in August 2016, the affidavit said he was convicted of third-degree felony domestic battery stemming from an assault on a household or family member in Polk County, Florida.

Earlier that year, in April 2016, Avalos was charged with strangulation for aggravated domestic assault in Dakota County, but was ultimately convicted of misdemeanor domestic assault after the charge was dismissed.

Agents tracked the online pseudonym through a Google-connected Samsung device, IP logs and subscriber data, and eventually located Avalos’ home and confirmed his name on the apartment’s mailbox, the FBI affidavit said.

The TikTok account also contained anarchist symbols and links to anti-government literature, researchers noted.

His profile also included a link to “An Anarchist FAQ book,” according to court records.
