‘Mission Karmayogi’ Team Visits Telangana to Discuss Civil Servants Capacity Building
New Delhi: In an official statement published on Thursday, the center’s ‘Mission Karmasogi’ team said that he visited Tahangana to further shape capacity development plans for civil servants.
The National Public Services Capacity Program or Mission Karmalogi was launched in September 2020 to encourage civil servants’ capacity development.
It also foresees a public service ready for the future based on Indian morality from a global perspective.
In a statement, the capacity building commission and Karmassogi Bharat called the Governor of Terangana Jishnu Giant Varma on Wednesday.
Karmasogi Bharat is a special purpose tool established to implement Igot (Integrated Government Online Training) program (SPV).
Alka Mittal, Member of the Capacity Building Commission, Navneet Kaur (Director of the Capacity Construction Commission) and Souumi BANENER (KARMALAYOGİ BHARAT General Manager) led by the team, the governor’s governor’s ongoing implementation in the state and the Ministry of Personnel said in a statement.
The governor expressed support for the initiative and encouraged his team to continue this transformative task in the state.
Previously, Mission Karmamsogi team met to draw the capacity development of the state of the state and the heads of the state, K. Ramakrishna Rao and senior department, the leading secretary of TaLangana.
The team emphasized the vision of feeding a public service ready for the future through digital learning and competence -based education by providing a detailed perspective to Mission Karmalogi.
The most important feature of the discussions was the Igot Karmasogi platform, which made it easier to learn at any time for the officers in the departments.
The heads of the department shared their special education needs and difficulties and emphasized the importance of customized learning ways adapted to each department’s governance priorities.
An important consequence of the meeting was the decision to place officers from more than one department to the Igot platform and the key role that the state’s educational institutions could play in this effort.
“This step is expected to indicate a significant progress in TaLangana’s capacity development journey.” He said.
These participation reflect a common commitment to strengthen governance through continuous learning and development under the Mission Karmalog.
