MLA Reveals Master Plan For Development Of Jeedikal Ramachandra Swamy Temple

-Warangal: Former Deputy Chief Minister and Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari said that a master plan has been prepared for comprehensive and permanent development of Jidikal Sri Ramachandra Swamy Temple and transforming it into a magnificent and serene holy temple.
The MLA personally donated ₹2 lakh for the development of the temple and appealed to local donors to contribute generously towards restoring the temple to its former glory.
Srihari made these remarks after reviewing the arrangements and development work for the Brahmotsavams scheduled to begin on November 4 and offering prayers at the Jeedikal temple of Lingala Ghanpur mandal, Jangaon district, on Saturday.
During his inspection, the MLA instructed officials from various departments to make foolproof arrangements for devotees attending Brahmotsavams. He instructed them to provide adequate sanitation facilities, drinking water and temporary toilets. He also called for the establishment of a medical camp during the festival, which would be equipped with essential medicines and have an ambulance on standby.
For security, the MLA recommended setting up a police control room, ensuring tight security and constant patrolling around the temple to prevent untoward incidents. He also instructed the authorities to determine parking areas to prevent traffic congestion and to take necessary measures to prevent power outages.
Srihari also instructed the temple authorities to install permanent lighting from the temple to the bus stand and construct temporary shelters on the premises for devotees participating in the celestial wedding ceremony. Sri Ramachandra Swamy urged the officials of various departments to work in coordination to ensure successful conduct of Brahmotsavams.
