Moment police take down two knife-wielding robbers in London | News

A pair of knife-wielding robbers in London were tackled and arrested by the Metropolitan Police within just eight minutes of a chase.

Footage released by the police force on Thursday, November 20, shows officers pursuing two suspects, one on foot and the other on an electric bike, after receiving reports from “distressed” victims who were robbed at knifepoint.

As one surrendered, a police officer ran after the other, soon caught up with him and tackled him to the ground after spraying an irritating spray in his face.

The stolen items were returned to the victims and both knives were removed from the streets.
