WAG Ellie Watkins posted a hilarious update after her wardrobe malfunction earlier this week, telling eager followers she was bra shopping.

Ellie, 30, wife of Aston Villa star Ollie Watkins, who has not yet qualified for the World Cup, forgot to pack vital underwear when she went to the Ghana match in Boston.

This led to her describing the day as a ‘nightmare’ and she had to change her ‘planned summer outfit’ due to the miserable rainy weather.

As a result, he changed his wardrobe to a white T-shirt. jeans and a red jacket complete with an England baseball cap – she even jokingly quipped at Roy Keane, asking if he “approved” after his criticism of WAGs wearing shirts with their partners’ names on them.

But on Wednesday, after flying from Boston to New York, she posted an update on her social media, cheekily telling fans she had “got the goods” and posting a photo of models wearing bras, adding a laughing emoji.

Although the store is not named, the image matches the display of Skims, a trendy lingerie company that has a flagship store on 5th Avenue in the heart of New York’s shopping district.

The brand’s bras range from $78 for the popular push-up style to $34 for the basic, and according to fashion bible Women’s Wear Daily, Skims had a number of high-profile campaigns featuring A-listers like Kim Kardashian, Charli XCX, Lana Del Rey and Sabrina Carpenter.

On Wednesday, the players had a recovery session, including yoga, in the park before training behind closed doors and flying to New York for their match at the Met Life stadium on Friday.

They were also seen cycling through the park outside the £250 Kansas City hotel Inn at Meadowbank, and delighted fans by stopping to sign shirts and autographs.

The team will have to go almost two weeks without a full day off as they begin a series of four games in 14 days.

If they beat Panama and win the Group, they will play in a round of 32 match in Atlanta on July 1 for the right to play in the last 16 in Mexico City on July 5.

Unless manager Thomas Tuchel changes England’s routine, there will be no room for a full day off until July 3, two days after a potential round of 32 match.

England’s last full day of rest was on Friday 19 June, when families were invited to the hotel; This meant that if the players came out top of their group and made it to the last 16, they would go 24 hours a day for 13 days without a break.

It’s unclear whether they will return from Mexico City to Kansas City or fly directly to Miami, where their potential quarterfinals will be played.

Tuchel gave his players a day and a half off after Croatia’s win, knowing this might be their last chance for proper rest for a while.

“We had a few days off where I could see my family, so we could relax,” Nico O’Reilly said.

‘My family is here to support me, so I can see them. All kids are great. All the staff look after us wonderfully.’

Asked what he does in his spare time, the England left-back added: ‘Nothing much to be honest, lots of rest stuff around the hotel and making sure I’m ready for matches, training.

‘I really enjoyed it. The training facility is great and we’re in a place where we can wander around the city center and relax and I enjoy that.’

But Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins has revealed how he made a huge mistake by wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey during an outing in Kansas City.

He said: ‘I went to Kansas the other day wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey and I was with my family and the guy said to me, ‘You can’t wear that here.’ So yeah, I won’t wear it again.’
