MTG asserts that Americans do not want the US to get into a war with Iran

As the possibility of U.S. military action against Iran looms on the horizon, former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene suggested in a post on channel X that Americans do not want the United States to go to war against the Islamic Republic.

“Americans do not want to go to war with Iran!!!” Greene shouted. to post.

“They want to be able to afford and get ahead. They want to be happy and enjoy life. They want their governments to jail elite pedos. And they voted for NO MORE FOREIGN WARS AND NO MORE REGIME CHANGE,” he added.

Greene, previously a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump, had a major falling out with the president last year and left her post midway through her House term early last month.

Trump is pressuring Iran to make a deal to abandon its nuclear weapons ambitions.

After meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week, Trump said on Truth Social: to post “He insisted that negotiations with Iran continue to see if an Agreement can be completed.”
