MTG goes on extraordinary rant about Charlie Kirk, Republican men and her resignation: ‘F*** you’
Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene published a lengthy op-ed about Republican men and the threats she faces as a political figure after someone suggested she stay in office.
The fiery congressman has split from the Republican party on several key issues in recent months, a split that has led to disagreements with President Donald Trump. In a shock announcement last week, Greene said she plans to resign in January after years of personal attacks and threats.

Will that be good enough for you then?” the 31-year-old wrote, referring to the September assassination of the Turning Point USA founder.

“Posting online all day is not fighting. Get off your ass and run for Congress. I’ve fought harder than anyone in the real arena, not on social media. Put down the little pebbles and put your money where your mouth is,” Greene wrote.
An hour later, he posted a screenshot of that tweet and continued his point, this time targeting “Republican men.”
“It’s typical for Republican men to tell a woman, ‘shut up, go back to the kitchen and make me something to eat. Fuck you,’ he said in the most Southern sweet-speak I can say.” wrote.
Greene continued: “I’m trying to tell you ‘men’ that our kitchen pantry is full of cobwebs, our house is ransacked, windows and doors are broken and broken, and greedy rich bastards have put your minds into a diseased state, that you’re all perpetuating the toxic two-party political system that pretends to be the college football playoffs but still buries you, your children, their children, and their children in a pine box in a shallow grave.”
“Get off your ass, make your own damn dinner, and clean up the kitchen when you’re done,” he finished.
Greene has represented Georgia’s 14th congressional district since 2021. She was a staunch MAGA ally of Trump for years, praising his “America First” policies and even supporting his claims of 2020 election fraud. Trump also called him a “future Republican star” and a “real winner.”

In recent months, the GOP Congressman has publicly broken away from his party over the war in Gaza, health care subsidies and the handling of the Epstein Files.
Perhaps most damaging to her relationship with the president, Greene was one of four Republicans who signed a discharge petition to force a vote on a bill to release the Epstein Files, provoking Trump’s wrath. The president called her “Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Greene” and said he was withdrawing his support for her.
After the impeachment petition collected final signatures, Trump reversed course on the legislation and encouraged members of Congress to support it. The Epstein Files Transparency Act then quickly passed both houses of Congress and the president signed it into law.
Greene announced her decision to resign days later, despite the victory of the bill she worked so hard to pass. In his resignation statement, he referred to insulting the president.
“Defending American women who were raped at age 14, trafficked, and used by rich, powerful men should not result in me being called a traitor and threatened by the President of the United States for whom I fought,” she said.
Greene added that she endured “never-ending personal attacks, death threats, unlawful slander and lies about me” during her time in Congress. “I refuse to be a ‘battered wife’ hoping that everything will be over and healed.”
