NASA briefing from 1972 discusses ‘alien star base’ on the Moon

A NASA briefing about an “alien starbase” on the Moon has emerged in the third batch of extraterrestrial documents released by the US government.

The latest documents arrived on Friday (12.06.26) and included audio of a discussion NASA had after the Apollo 16 mission, in which the spacecraft orbited the moon from April 16 to 27, 1972.

The previously secret meeting, which lasted 55 minutes, included discussions about gravity and laser readings, as well as some irregularities they found during the expedition.

In one conversation, a person is heard talking about a “big hole” in the moon located near the Van de Graaff crater, which is itself the scene of many alien conspiracy theories.

The speaker then continued: “It could be an alien starbase or something.”

Moments after making the shocking claim, the person calmly said: “Anyway, the next slide shows the face of the moon.”

It seems likely that this could be a joke, as the comment came after some giggling was heard when the person mentioned the “big hole”.

The most recently released document included approximately 72 files collected from the FBI, CIA and Pentagon, some dating back to the 1940s.

They also contain footage, artistic representations, and witness accounts of the events that took place during these years.

The first two drops were announced by US President Donald Trump on May 8 and 22 respectively, and again involved multiple eyewitness accounts of what were described as unusual spherical objects in the sky.

One of the documents was heavily redacted, but included accounts from two people who claimed to have seen a light in the sky while in their backyard; He described the color red as “bright and beautiful and… he had never seen anything this red before.”

The person stated that the object was about 3 ft wide and had a “white plasma sun” in the middle, about the size of a basketball.
