A Florida man has been sentenced to four months in prison after jumping shirtless through a Taco Bell drive-thru window and robbing workers and customers “with a large rock.”

Kewarren Lee Anderson, 40, was arrested in July after being captured by an Ocala Police Department K9 dog that found him behind a dumpster.

Police said Anderson entered the restaurant through the drive-thru window, clutching a “large rock” in his hand, then demanded money from workers and customers and chased them all out of the building, Ocala-News.com reported.

The man then fled the fast food restaurant but was quickly pursued by a K9.

According to body camera footage, Anderson was seen panicking behind a dumpster, raising his hands in surrender when the K9 approached him.

It’s unclear how much cash Anderson was able to get before fleeing.

According to the arrest affidavit, Anderson was homeless at the time of the robbery and told police he needed money, News 6 reported.

Just a few hours after being taken into custody, Anderson became involved in a physical altercation with another incarcerated person.
