NBA star Stephen Curry signs deal with Chinese sportswear giant Li-Ning

NBA star Stephen Curry has entered into a partnership with Chinese sportswear company Li-Ning that will include product development as well as sports culture initiatives.
The Golden State player also stated in a letter that there are plans to open Curry Brand stores in the US and China, adding that the partnership will help his brand have a wider range of sources and a global footprint.
“I knew Li-Ning could be the right partner to deliver the innovation and design I wanted Curry Brand to represent,” he said, noting that “the future of Curry Brand lies with Li-Ning.”
Li-Ning, one of China’s largest sports brand companies, was founded in 1990 by a former Chinese Olympic Gold medalist who named the company after himself. The company, which is also an official partner of the Chinese Olympic Committee, has over 7,600 stores, including flagship and factory outlets. annual report.
Curry and sportswear company Under Armor in november announced plans to end their partnership last year.
