New Aggression will be Met with a Crushing Response: Iran

Teheran: Ibrahim al-Fikar, Official Military Spokesperson of Hatem al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, Iran’s operational command center that coordinates the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the regular Iranian army, said that Iran will regulate maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
In a series of posts on X, Fiqar said that any violation of the ceasefire would be met with an overwhelming response.
“Any new attack, regardless of its pretext or the scale of its objectives, will be met with an overwhelming response. Violating the ceasefire would be a violation of Article 1 of the Islamabad Agreement and will lead to a complete halt of all routes. According to the Islamabad agreement, Iran will regulate maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz. Violent ships will be dealt with more harshly than before.”
He added: “This morning, US enemy forces attacked five coastal areas of Iran under the pretext of stopping an infringing ship. The operation was a decisive response to recent American attacks.”
He said Iran also targeted US infrastructure in Kuwait and Bahrain. “We carried out a joint operation with missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles targeting 8 US military facilities and infrastructure at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait and the Fifth Fleet in Bahrain. We are responsible for traffic regulations in the Strait of Hormuz and will fight harder against violating ships. Any violation of the ceasefire will be met with a harsh response and will lead to the suspension of all agreements.”
The Kuwaiti Army said they were facing hostile missile and drone attacks.
Bahrain’s Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that alarm sirens have been activated.
Earlier in the day, US President Donald Trump said that America had hit Iran’s missile and drone depots and coastal radar sites in a tit-for-tat action on the grounds that it violated the ceasefire.
Trump has threatened to destroy Iran if violations continue. In a post on Truth Social he said: “US aircraft have struck Iran’s missile and drone storage sites and coastal radar sites AGAIN for violating the Armistice Agreement! It is very likely that they will never find out! There may come a point where we can no longer be reasonable and we may have to complete militarily what we have so successfully started. If this happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist! President DJT.”
