On Sunday, a fire broke out in the newly opened furniture Outlet Cum Godown in PUDUR Village near the town of Vaniyambadi in Tirupattur. Two employees employed there without damage.

Police, the incident occurred at 6 in the morning, the shop owner K. Sampath went to the exit as a part of routine control and realized that the unit was thick smoke, he said. Immediately, with other employees and residents, he tried to close the fire, but spread to the entire shop of 2,200 square meters. Based on a warning, a 10 -member fire fighting team from Vaniyambadi and Ambur towns came to the scene.

Firefighters confused the fire after about three hours of tight effort. They safely saved employees who had fallen into the trap in Godown. However, the entire facility drowned completely. Tons of furniture, including Teakwood logs, were destroyed in the accident. A probe continues.
