Pawan Directs Intensified Search For Missing Girl

KAKINADA: Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan told officials Ch. Agraharam village in Tuni Rural Mandate last week.

During a telephonic inquiry with Kakinada superintendent of police G. Bindu Madhav on Saturday, he instructed the officials to deploy additional personnel and consider calling in NDRF teams along with police and SDRF personnel already involved in the search.

Pawan Kalyan also instructed the officials to thoroughly scan the nearby forest areas with the help of Forest department personnel who are experienced in navigating the dense terrain.

Police said more than 400 personnel were involved in the operation. Drones were used for surveillance purposes and footage from 38 CCTV cameras was examined within the scope of the investigation. Meanwhile, the girl’s mother called on the authorities to speed up efforts to find her daughter.
