Federico Chiesa: Italian forward ‘happy’ at Liverpool amid speculation over future
Federico Chiesa insists he is just “thinking” Liverpool“Amidst ongoing speculation about his future.
The Italian striker started one Premier League game during his two seasons at Anfield under Arne Slot and scored just five goals in 50 appearances in all competitions.

“Last year I felt ready for a bigger role, then it was up to my coach whether he wanted me to play or not. Of course I wanted to play more but it is what it is.
“The president decided that way, he had game plans, he made his decisions, I have nothing to say about that. This is football. Let’s say this year is a new era. There is a new coach and I need to focus on him.”
