Planet Fitness gym in South Jersey is closed indefinitely after devastating snowstorm
The Planet Fitness gym in Cumberland County is closed for repairs following last week’s massive snowstorm, according to franchise officials.
The facility is located at 9 Cornwall Drive in Carlls Corner, across from Tractor Supply in Upper Deerfield Township.
The extent of the damage was not disclosed.
“The franchise group is working diligently with its vendors on necessary repairs following last week’s snowstorm and plans to open as soon as possible,” a Planet Fitness spokesperson said in an email Tuesday.

A powerful winter storm on February 22 moved through New Jersey through February 23, and blizzard conditions paralyzed many parts of the state.
The spokesman did not say when the fitness center would reopen.
Planet Fitness directs its members to work out at the company’s gyms Landis Boulevard near Orchard Road In and around Vineland Bluebird Road near Union Crossing Millville Boulevard during the closure.
Fitness center hours in Vineland and Millville are 5 a.m. to midnight Monday, midnight to midnight Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, midnight to 9 p.m. Friday, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
