As Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Myanmar President Min Aung Hlaing held comprehensive talks in New Delhi on Monday, security cooperation, border management and regional stability were prominent on the agenda. Responding to ANI’s question whether there were any talks between Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing and Prime Minister Modi on developing economic cooperation in the field of critical minerals and rare earth elements, Foreign Minister Vikram Misri said, “Yes, issues related to critical minerals and rare earth elements came up in today’s talks. This is an issue that has been the subject of bilateral talks for a while.
