POCSO case against man for raping daughter in Karnataka

Vijayapura police filed a lawsuit against a man in accordance with the provisions of the PocSO law on charges of sexual assault on his five -year -old daughter in Northern Karnataka.

A lawsuit was recorded by the officers of the female police station. The identity of the accused was hidden to protect the child’s identity.

Karnataka State Children’s Rights Member Protection Commission Shashidhar Kosambe said that a team would visit the victim’s family within a few days and consult the victim members and meet judicial officers.
