Margo Kingston, who covered Hanson as a reporter in the 1990s, attended a One Nation branch meeting in Taree, New South Wales, last month. Margo is (sort of) retired, but old habits die hard and she recorded the proceedings and took a few photos of what was billed as a “public event.” He was approached (he wasn’t aware he had to register) and was given a hard time by a branch official.
