Man arrested after cyclist killed in collision near pub

A man was arrested after a cyclist died in a collision in Worcester in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The West Mercia police received a report that a white and blue Dacia, who traveled towards Droitwich at 5 o’clock at 5 o’clock, collided with a cyclist near Copcut Elm Pub.
The cyclist, a man in Tiries, died at the scene. A 51 -year -old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, and the police remained in custody.
Sergeant Darryn Van-Rooyen said the Force’s Roads Police team: “After the collision of this morning, our thoughts are with the man’s family.
Uz We are currently doing a series of investigations and we are eager to talk to anyone who can witness the collision or have seen a bike or car in advance, ”he said.
