Buckingham Palace shares big update on King Charles and Queen Camilla | Royal | News

Buckingham Palace confirmed that King Charles and Queen Camilla would make a state visit to Holy See to meet Pope Leo XIV.

The tour, which will take place in late October, will coincide with the celebrations for the 2025 Papacy Jubilee, which is an extremely symbolic time for the Catholic Church, and also commemorates the special relationship between the Church of England and the Catholic Church, and this year’s jubilee theme is the HOPE volumes.

The King and the Queen lastly visited Holy See earlier this year, where they had a special meeting with Pope Francis shortly before her 88 -year -old death.
